Sam has a BA in Fine Art from University of Ulster and trained as an Art Psychotherapist gaining a 1st in MA Art Therapy in 2010. She has worked in a variety of settings in Ireland and the UK and is HCPC (Health Care Professions Council) and BAAT (British Association of Art Therapists) registered. She has an enhanced DBS check.

Sam is a fully qualified Forest School Leader, working with both children and adults in an outdoor setting. She has trained in Environmental Therapy with the Tariki Trust and as Shinrin Yoku practitioner with Nature and Therapy UK. She has many led  Arts and Wellbeing programmes; the most recent funded by  The New Forest National Park Authority which took the therapeutic space into an outdoor setting.
