I offer a creative, social and therapeutic Art Psychotherapy space to groups and individuals both in a studio setting and outdoors in nature.
Sessions focus on art making as a process rather than a result and allow time for personal reflection and emotional exploration.
I offer a form of walking and talking therapy called Ecotherapy. Working therapeutically in nature has many positive benefits for your mental health. Research has shown that spending time outdoors can decrease our levels of stress and anxiety and fosters a greater connection and re-connection to ourselves and the natural world.
I am a Shinrin Yoku (or Forest Bathing) practitioner and more information on walks and booking can be found in the website.
I also offer:
Art groups for children and adults.
Corporate training days.
So please browse my website and feel free to contact me for more information.
